3.0 Banking


The banking business of the Guild shall be transacted with such banks, trust companies or other firms or corporations as may from time to time be designated under such agreements, instructions and delegation of powers as the Executive may from time to time prescribe.


Disbursements shall be by cheques drawn on the Guild=s bank or trust account, and signed by the: Treasurer, and one of the following Officers: President, Vice-president or Market Coordinator.


Disbursements against bank or trust accounts established for the processing of credit card receipts on behalf of the members shall be by the Credit Card Coordinator and one of the following: President, Treasurer, or Vice-president.


Neither the Treasurer nor any member of the Executive who has signing authority shall sign a blank cheque.
