Regular Membership: Membership in the Guild shall be open to: individuals whose place of residence is in Ontario within one hundred kilometers of Parliament Hill. Established commercial businesses are not eligible for membership
Spouse Membership: Where both spouses are members of the Guild, one spouse as designated by the Executive may be entitled to lower annual dues than that of Regular Members.
Honorary Membership: The Regular and Spouse Members may elect persons as Honorary Members of the Guild. Honorary Members shall have no vote at any meeting of members, and may not stand for election to the Executive. Honorary Members shall not be liable for payment of annual dues.
Youth Membership: Youth Membership in the Guild shall open to those persons between the ages of 14 and 17 inclusive. Youth Members shall have no vote at any meeting of the membership. Youth Members shall be entitled to lower annual dues than Regular Members.
Junior Membership Junior Membership in the Guild shall consist of those persons up to the age of 13 inclusive, who have at least one parent/legal guardian as a Regular Member. Junior Members shall have no vote at any meeting of the membership. Junior Members shall be entitled to lower annual dues than Regular Members.
Family Membership Family membership in the Guild shall consist of at least one member in the household otherwise eligible for Regular membership. All additional members must reside in the same household. All members eligible for Regular membership shall have one vote, and shall jointly receive only one copy of the Newsletter issued by the Guild.
Terms of all Memberships Membership shall run from June 1st to May 31st of the following year.
Dues Annual dues and fees shall be fixed by the Executive. Any change in annual dues and fees shall be approved by the members at an Annual General Meeting. Annual dues and fees shall be payable by all members of the Guild except as otherwise provided No member in arrears of dues shall be entitled to any privileges of the Guild.
