Set-up will not commence until the appointed time published in the Market Information Sheet, unless prior approval has been received from the Market Coordinator.
Booths not set-up or occupied within one-half hour of the opening of the market will be forfeited.
Booth set-up must be entirely within the designated area.
Walk-in booths must provide adequate walk-in space within the designated area.
Any walk space to allow customers to the exterior of an L-shaped table must be within the designated area.
The walk space for exhibitors to access the rear of their display must be within the designated area.
Walk spaces referenced above must be of adequate size such that their use by either the public or exhibitors does not pose a hazard to adjacent booths.
Tables must be skirted on a minimum of three sides with fabric cloth. If the storage area under the table is visible to the public, whether from the booth, a common area or another exhibitor’s booth, it must be skirted on all four sides.
Tables must be covered with a fabric cloth.
Tablecloths and skirting must be in good taste. The Market Committee reserves the right to have unsuitable items removed.
The Market Committee reserves the right to have booths rearranged if the set-up is deemed to pose a hazard to the public or adjacent booths.
