Under no circumstances are exhibitors to start packing items or dismantling their booths until 15 minutes after the announced closing time.
Exhibitors who rent tables through the Guild are responsible for returning the tables to the designated collection area. Members who can not physically return their tables are to indicate such on their market applications and alternate arrangements will be made to assist them.
