Booths which do not produce a valid Ontario Vendor’s Permit during market checks will be closed for the sale until the permit is produced.
Items not meeting Federal, Provincial, Municipal or Guild regulations will be immediately removed from the sale.
The Market Committee reserves the right to have those items it deems unsuitable removed from the tables.
The Guild reserves the right to refuse market space to anyone not complying with its directives and regulations.
